About the job:

A rapidly scaling, globally distributed company is seeking a Global People Operations Lead to own and streamline the employee experience across the full lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.

This fully remote role offers the opportunity to build and automate high-impact HR operations at a global level, supporting teams across multiple countries. Ideal candidates will bring a mix of hands-on execution, systems thinking, and a passion for enhancing employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage global onboarding workflows including background checks, right-to-work verifications, and welcome communications. Support offboarding processes including exit interviews and legal coordination.
  • Lifecycle Operations: Oversee benefits administration, leaves of absence, compliance training, equity programs, and employee referrals. Set up EORs in new countries.
  • Data Integrity & Systems: Own the accuracy and automation of employee data using HRIS platforms (preferably Rippling). Ensure timely data flow to payroll and support global compliance requests.
  • Employee Support & Experience: Provide frontline HR support, advise managers on policies and workforce planning, and contribute to an inclusive, scalable employee experience strategy.

Your Profile:

  • Proven success in global People Operations roles at fast-paced startups or scale-ups.
  • Deep experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling strongly preferred).
  • Experience managing employee equity programs (Options/RSUs).
  • Strong process automation, compliance, and data management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a lean and ambiguous environment.
