A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Director of Data & AI to join their specialist real estate transformation practice. This senior leadership role will focus on helping major real estate clients harness data, AI, and Generative AI to optimise investments, operations, and sustainability. You’ll lead large-scale transformation projects, develop new propositions, and drive business growth in a rapidly evolving sector.

What You’ll Do

Shape and deliver data strategies for real estate organisations, including governance, security, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks
Lead AI & GenAI projects for investment modelling, market analysis, property valuation, and operational optimisation
Turn data into insights through advanced analytics, interactive visualisations, and AI-enhanced reporting to inform senior decision-making
Develop AI-driven solutions, from predictive maintenance to virtual property tours and automated content creation
Drive business development by identifying opportunities for AI-enabled products, services, and market expansion
Build and mentor teams, guiding project delivery and contributing to practice growth and thought leadership

What You’ll Bring

Extensive real estate sector experience with a deep understanding of industry data challenges and opportunities
Proven track record leading complex, data-led transformation projects from design to delivery
Expertise in both traditional AI (ML, NLP, predictive analytics) and GenAI (LLMs, scenario generation, synthetic data)
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into business impact
Experience presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders
Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment practices
