This is a hands on role and would suit someone who has delivered at least one full HiBob implementation previously, ideally within a fast paced, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end to end implementation of HiBob, from discovery through to go live and hypercare

  • Run workshops with HR and the wider business to gather requirements and map current processes

  • Configure HiBob modules including core HR, onboarding, workflows, reporting and employee self service

  • Manage data migration including data cleansing, validation and upload into HiBob

  • Partner with IT and external vendors to support integrations (for example payroll, benefits or ATS)

  • Build and document new HR processes aligned to the system

  • Create user guides and deliver training to HR teams, managers and employees

  • Support change management and adoption, ensuring the rollout lands well across the business

  • Provide post go live support, issue resolution and continuous improvement recommendations

Experience Required

  • Proven experience delivering HiBob implementations (end to end)

  • Strong HR systems and HR operations knowledge (employee lifecycle, onboarding, org structure, reporting)

  • Confident running workshops and working directly with senior HR stakeholders

  • Strong data skills, including migration, cleansing and system testing

  • Experience working with integrations and vendors

  • Comfortable working at pace, with minimal handholding
