Annapurna is partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed digital infrastructure business to hire a Senior FP&A Manager. The company delivers critical in-building connectivity solutions, enabling seamless mobile and wireless coverage across large, complex environments. Following strong growth, they are investing in their finance function to better support scale and decision-making.
The Role
This is a newly created position with a dual focus: initially improving data, systems, and reporting foundations, before evolving into a strategic business partnering role.
In the early phase, you will take a hands-on role in streamlining processes, improving data quality, and building automated reporting. As the function matures, you will transition into delivering commercial insight, owning planning cycles, and partnering with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve data quality, systems, and reporting processes (including D365 extraction)
- Build automated reporting and dashboards (Power BI or equivalent)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Provide insightful analysis on revenue, costs, and overall performance
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related role
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent strongly preferred)
- Proven experience owning or significantly contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
- Demonstrated track record of improving financial reporting, data quality, or finance processes
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (D365 highly advantageous), including data extraction and manipulation
- Strong experience building automated reporting, dashboards, or data models (Power BI or similar tools)
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, scaling or change environment, ideally within a private equity-backed or high-growth business
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, build phase, with experience creating structure where processes may be lacking
- Strong business partnering experience, with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders and translate data into clear insights
- Likely operating at Manager or Senior Manager level, or ready to step up into a broader, more autonomous role
Why Apply?
- Opportunity to build and shape the FP&A function
- High visibility with senior leadership
- Clear progression toward a Head of FP&A role
- Join a fast-scaling, investment-backed business
