Organisation Effectiveness Consultant

Annapurna HR have been engaged by a global financial institution undergoing a bold, multi-year transformation, looking for a senior expert in organisation design to help drive it.

This newly shaped role sits at the heart of strategic change, partnering with senior leadership and HR to shape organisation structures, operating models, and ways of working that support a more agile, efficient, and future-fit organisation.

The Role:

  • Analyse business strategy, structure, and performance to identify opportunities for improving organisational health.
  • Design and shape organisation structures, roles, and operating models to drive efficiency, agility, and clarity.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to guide the rollout of organisation design and change initiatives.
  • Use data and self-serve tools to track key metrics, measure effectiveness, and support continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training for HR and business leaders on topics like strategic workforce planning and org design.
  • Bring external insights and leading practices into internal strategy to challenge thinking and drive innovation.
  • Ensure alignment with internal policies and contribute to broader risk management and control agendas.

Skills:

  • Proven experience leading complex org design projects in large, matrixed organisations.
  • Ability to align design work with business strategy, transformation goals, and long-term organisational effectiveness.
  • Strong track record of delivering strategic change initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Confident working with senior leaders and HR partners; able to challenge, influence, and gain buy-in at all levels.
  • Skilled in using data and analytics to diagnose issues, shape solutions, and track impact through KPIs.
  • Excellent at translating complex concepts into compelling, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
