Interim Payroll Consultant

£750 per day (Outside IR35)
Very flexible working model with occasional travel to London
We are supporting a global technology client who is undertaking a full global implementation of CloudPay. They are looking to appoint a hands on Interim Payroll Consultant to support the Programme Director and play a key role in delivering this transformation.
This is a delivery focused role, requiring someone comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels across a complex, multi country environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end to end global implementation of CloudPay across multiple jurisdictions
- Work closely with the Programme Director to drive delivery, manage risks and resolve issues
- Lead payroll process design, data validation and migration activities
- Support configuration workshops and ensure payroll requirements are clearly defined
- Oversee testing phases including payroll parallel runs and sign off
- Coordinate with in country stakeholders, HR, Finance and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and global governance standards
- Support cutover planning and go live readiness
Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering global payroll implementations, ideally CloudPay
- Strong understanding of multi country payroll processes and compliance requirements
- Hands on experience with payroll data migration, testing and parallel runs
- Experience working in technology or fast paced global environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to support senior programme leadership
