Location: Stockholm (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to 100K SEK/month + 10% bonus

Sector: SaaS / Private Equity / Commercial Strategy

Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business on the search for a commercially minded Head of Pricing. This is a critical leadership role for someone ready to own and scale monetization strategy across a multi-product portfolio, driving value creation and sustainable growth in a fast-moving, international environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the global pricing and packaging strategy across existing and newly acquired products
  • Develop value-based pricing models aligned with customer outcomes, market dynamics, and revenue targets
  • Lead pricing experiments and segmentation initiatives to optimize monetization across geographies
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to embed pricing into go-to-market strategy
  • Operationalize pricing policies, approval workflows, and discount governance to improve deal quality and sales efficiency
  • Leverage data insights-deal velocity, usage, retention-to identify risks and new monetization opportunities
  • Support M&A integration efforts by aligning pricing models and contributing to value capture post-acquisition

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS pricing, monetization, or commercial finance, ideally in a PE-backed or high-growth environment
  • Track record of developing pricing strategies that drive ARR and margin expansion
  • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and value-based pricing frameworks
  • Experience operating across multiple markets and product lines
  • Highly analytical mindset with fluency in financial models and performance data
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-functional alignment
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
