Salary: Base up to €45,000-55,000
Annapurna Recruitment is supporting a fast-scaling European SaaS company that’s transforming project management for the construction and trade industries. They’re seeking a Customer Success Manager fluent in German to join their mission of simplifying and digitising outdated workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver tailored onboarding and training through webinars, on-site sessions, and 1:1 support
- Analyse customer needs to create engagement initiatives (e.g. training, content, process optimisation)
- Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with customers at every stage
- Attend trade fairs and customer visits to strengthen adoption and brand presence
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities through daily interactions
- Provide first-line support (email, phone, and ticketing via Zendesk) with a customer-first mindset
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in customer onboarding, support, or success-ideally in SaaS or tech-driven environments
- Technical comfort with platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, and CRM/CX tools
- Native-level German and strong professional English communication
- Empathetic, proactive, and team-oriented personality
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
