Early careers: Early Careers Recruitment Manager – London

We are working with a mid-sized organisation to appoint an Early Careers Recruitment Manager. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of early talent programmes while leading and developing a small team.
The role:
- Design and deliver graduate, intern, and apprenticeship recruitment strategies.
- Manage and mentor a small early careers recruitment team.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast and deliver on hiring needs.
- Build strong relationships with universities, schools, and external partners.
- Drive improvements in candidate experience, diversity outcomes, and employer brand.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven track record in early careers / campus recruitment.
- Experience managing and developing a small team.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness.
- Exposure to STEM hiring (graduates, apprentices, or technical roles) is essential.
- London-based, with the ability to be in the office 3 days per week.
