System Maintenance & Configuration:
Monitor and maintain Workday system configurations to ensure accuracy.
Apply minor changes or enhancements without major development effort.
Manage Workday security roles and user permissions.
Issue Resolution & Support:
Act as the first line of support for end users reporting system issues.
Troubleshoot errors, bugs, and configuration issues.
Liaise with Workday Support or internal IT teams for escalations.
Reporting & Analytics:
Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR, Finance, or management needs.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across Workday modules.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas where processes can be simplified or automated.
Recommend and implement Workday best practices.
Participate in periodic system audits and compliance checks.
Training & Documentation:
Maintain user guides, process documentation, and FAQs.
Provide ongoing training and guidance to new or existing users.
Monitoring Workday Updates:
Test new Workday releases and patches.
Evaluate impacts of updates on current configurations and processes.
