Working closely with HR, Technology and senior business leaders, you’ll ensure employees are supported through change while helping to deliver a modern, digital HR experience that creates lasting business value.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering the change management and communications strategy for a global HRIS transformation, ensuring successful adoption from programme launch through to business-as-usual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build stakeholder engagement plans across global, regional and local teams.
  • Coordinate change, communications and training activities throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Manage integrated change plans aligned with overall programme delivery.
  • Track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies across the change workstream.
  • Support programme governance through reporting, dashboards and regular stakeholder updates.
  • Partner with HR, Technology and implementation partners to ensure joined-up delivery.
  • Support key programme activities including testing, go-live, hypercare and future deployment waves.
  • Measure adoption, engagement and benefits realisation, providing insight to senior stakeholders.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced change professional who combines excellent communication skills with strong programme delivery capability.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience leading change and communications within large-scale HR transformation programmes.
  • Previous exposure to SuccessFactors or another enterprise HRIS such as Workday, Oracle HCM or UKG.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across complex, global organisations.
  • Experience delivering communications and engagement strategies that drive measurable adoption.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing plans, milestones and governance.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while working with geographically dispersed teams.

What’s on Offer?

  • Opportunity to lead the change workstream for a major global HR transformation.
  • Highly visible role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders.
  • International remit supporting teams across multiple regions.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Hybrid working based in Central London.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

If you’re passionate about organisational change, digital HR transformation and delivering exceptional employee experiences through technology, we’d love to hear from you.
