Role: Senior Account Executive
Location: Berlin (hybrid)
Annapurna is proud to be supporting a fast-growing AI SaaS company at the forefront of online commerce and customer experience.
The successful candidate will drive new business opportunities and identify strategic cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, exceeding revenue goals.
- Cultivate commercial relationships with existing clients to uncover cross-sell potential.
- Deliver compelling product demos, translating complex AI and CRM capabilities into tangible business value.
- Analyze client data to identify how conversational commerce can improve engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success) to refine solutions and ensure seamless client experiences.
What You Bring:
- Proven Account Executive experience in a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment, ideally with e-commerce, Martech, or Adtech exposure.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics and how AI/CRM drives competitive advantage.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Fluency in both German and English.
