A fast-paced, global organisation undergoing significant change is seeking an experienced Project Leader to support and drive critical people initiatives. This role is a key strategic appointment and will be instrumental in delivering successful transformation across multiple regions.
The Role:
As the Senior HR Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex HR transformation initiatives, including organisational redesign, cultural change, and cross-functional HR projects. This FTC assignment requires a confident change leader with a proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, deliver tangible outcomes, and ensure seamless integration of HR strategies with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR workstreams across business transformation and restructuring projects.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to assess and enhance organisational structures.
- Align transformation efforts with broader business and HR strategies.
- Drive cultural change initiatives and embed new values and behaviours.
- Manage internal HR projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure robust change management and effective communication throughout.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Substantial experience in HR transformation and organisational change, ideally in large, matrixed, and multicultural environments.
- Skilled in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Comfortable working independently, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Location: Hybrid working model (remote with some travel possible)
