System Configuration and Maintenance:
Configure and maintain Workday HCM system settings, including but not limited to, security roles, business processes, custom reports, and integrations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system by conducting regular audits and resolving discrepancies.
System Enhancement and Optimization:
Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and improve business processes through automation and optimization.
Stay updated on Workday releases and new features, assess their impact on current processes, and implement necessary changes accordingly.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and continuously improve the user experience within Workday.
User Support and Training:
Provide ongoing support to end-users by troubleshooting system issues, answering inquiries, and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on system functionalities, best practices, and new features.
Act as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM, offering guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize Workday reporting tools to create, customize, and automate reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
Analyze data trends and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting solutions to track and measure them effectively.
