Senior Global Workday Solutions Manager

The Company is committed to the use of technology to implement a major improvement program. they are looking for a Senior Global Workday Solutions Manager that will support the Global HR Tech Portfolio Lead and other stakeholders in order to deliver business critical Workday implementation and optimisation projects.
The Role:
- Lead on configuration design and development for Workday based initiatives: Data Structures, Business Processes, security role design, module specific configuration etc.
- Works with HR and IT stakeholders at senior levels, to build strong working relationships and drive enhancements and optimisation of Workday.
- Support development of internal capability of team whilst growing brand of HR Technology internally at RI
- Adheres to agile methodology to provide estimates for features and setting sprint priorities Page 1
- Promotes quality and ensures all work delivered follows the RI standard, policies and guidelines.
- Lead on implementation / design workshops as and when required.
- Support in test phases by drafting / writing test scripts and using other adjacent toolkit where applicable
- Deliver system enhancements and help manage the cyclical Workday update processes / tenant maintenance processes.
- Create and manage EIB data loading strategies both for roll outs and ‘BAU’ mass data initiatives.
- Build WD reports as per business requirements and in line with data strategy Person Profile Experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Deep experience in Workday with module experience in HCM and at least one other module areas.
- EITHER experience of deployment of Workday with a service partner.
- OR Demonstrable skills across the Product Management life cycle, with experience BAU and Optimisation of Workday product with at least one customer.
- Experience of all stages of Workday implementation methodology; Design, Architect, Test and Deploy.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders given the agreed product strategy and plan.
- Ability to knowledge share and experience in mentoring junior resources.
