Senior Backend Engineer – Kotlin
We are working with our client, an ambitious, fast-growing healthtech startup, on an exciting Senior Backend Engineer opportunity in Berlin (remote Germany possible). Our client is building an AI first product that’s already generating revenue and continuing to scale.
Key Skills and Experience
- Backend development experience: Several years working on complex backend systems, enabling you to design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable services.
- Kotlin and Coroutines proficiency: Strong hands-on expertise in Kotlin and asynchronous programming with Coroutines to build efficient, high-performance integrations.
- API design (REST/GraphQL): Solid experience designing and developing APIs using REST or GraphQL, ensuring reliable data flow between our client’s product and partner platforms.
- API integration: Proven track record integrating with third-party software, especially in complex or regulated environments.
- Business-fluent English (C1): Able to communicate confidently.
