A fast-growing, international professional services business is continuing an ambitious expansion strategy through acquisition.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for delivering complex business integrations from acquisition through to operational completion.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end integration programmes following acquisitions and strategic business changes
  • Own delivery across multiple workstreams including operations, technology, finance, HR, and commercial functions
  • Build detailed integration plans while remaining hands-on throughout execution
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align integration activities with strategic objectives
  • Identify delivery risks, remove blockers, and ensure programmes remain on track
  • Create scalable frameworks, governance models, and integration playbooks for future acquisitions
  • Build trusted relationships with internal teams and newly acquired businesses
  • Drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders in fast-changing environments
  • Provide regular progress updates and executive reporting on programme delivery
  • Support continuous improvement of integration processes and operating models

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering M&A integrations or large-scale business transformation programmes
  • Strong background leading complex cross-functional projects from planning through execution
  • Hands-on delivery mindset with a track record of making things happen
  • Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
  • Strong programme management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational execution

Nice to Have

  • Experience within private equity-backed or high-growth businesses
  • Background in large corporate transformation or consulting environments
  • Experience building repeatable integration methodologies or playbooks
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
