About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Head of Sales to lead commercial performance across Germany and Austria. You will own regional revenue, strengthen sales operations, and drive predictable ARR growth in a B2B SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do
- Own regional ARR and quarterly sales targets
- Lead and develop a multi‑layered sales organisation
- Bring clarity, discipline, and accountability into daily sales execution
- Ensure pipeline quality, accurate forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Improve funnel conversion and drive consistent activity levels
- Support account planning and tender‑driven opportunities
- Hire, coach, and performance‑manage the team
What You Bring
- Proven experience owning a regional sales number in B2B SaaS
- Strong operator: pipeline building, forecasting, Salesforce, activity management
- Confident leading diverse sales roles and driving performance
- Experience with public‑sector or tender processes is a plus
- Fluent German (essential) and strong English
- Based in Hamburg/Berlin with 2 on‑site days/week
