A fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the logistics space is looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and scale its revenue function.

We are looking for a sales leader who is not only strategic, but still hungry to win business personally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure and process – while remaining close to customers and actively contributing to closing key deals.
The Role
As Head of Sales, you will:

Own and execute the commercial strategy

Personally drive and close strategic new business opportunities

Build, structure, and optimize scalable sales processes

Define KPIs, forecasting models, and reporting standards

Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve pipeline quality and retention

Bring clarity, accountability, and operational rigor to the revenue engine
This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence on company direction.
Your Profile

Proven success in B2B SaaS sales (ideally within logistics, supply chain, or vertical SaaS)

Experience building or scaling a sales organization

Strong track record of personally closing complex, mid-to-enterprise deals

Structured, data-driven, and operationally strong

Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and resilience

Based in Berlin or willing to relocate

Fluent in German and English
