ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN MANAGER | £70K | FTC 6 MONTHS
A leading, complex UK organisation is looking for an experienced Organisational Design Manager to join on a fixed-term basis and make an immediate impact.
Working closely with the HRBP team, you’ll lead high-profile Organisational Design, Organisation Development and Ways of Working initiatives across the business.
You’ll be involved in:
- Leading Organisational Design projects from shaping through to implementation
- Defining how effective business partnering should work
- Supporting Organisation Health activity, including Org Chats and shadowing
- Driving Ways of Working / Transformation across Corporate Functions
- Supporting TOM, decision-making and governance discussions
- Embedding new ways of working into BAU
We’re looking for:
- Around 5 years’ experience in Organisational Design, Organisation Development and/or Organisation Change
- Experience within a large corporate or consultancy environment
- Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills
- Proven Organisational Design experience is highly desirable
