📍 Location: Soho, London (Hybrid – Tuesday to Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remote)
💰 Salary: £70,000-£85,000

FITR is a leading personal trainer software platform used by coaches, gyms and fitness brands worldwide. The platform helps trainers create and sell fitness, health and lifestyle programmes online.
With a proven product, circa £2M ARR and ambitious plans to scale to £10M, FITR is now growing its product and engineering teams to support the next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
FITR is looking for a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of design across key areas of the product.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers and engineers to take ideas from discovery through to shipped experiences, owning UX, UI, prototyping and product quality across both coach and athlete journeys.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own product design end-to-end across assigned product areas
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma
- Design intuitive experiences across coach and athlete platforms
- Conduct user research, analyse feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner closely with Product Managers and engineers throughout delivery
- Create clear documentation, interaction notes and design specifications
- Support usability testing, iteration and product improvements
- Apply and evolve FITR’s design system and maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure designs consider accessibility, edge cases and real user needs
What They’re Looking For
- 7+ years designing digital products
- Strong product design experience within SaaS or product-led businesses
- Portfolio showing shipped products and strong UX/UI thinking
- Expert in Figma and modern design systems
- Experience owning projects from discovery through delivery
- Strong understanding of UX, interaction design and usability principles
- Comfortable working directly with Product Managers and engineers
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business goals
- Experience designing across web and mobile platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience in fitness, health or coaching technology
- Experience with two-sided platforms or marketplaces
- Experience working in high-growth startups
