Workday Trainer – Contract (PAYE)
We’re looking for an experienced Workday Trainer to support a global Workday implementation, focusing on high-quality user guidance and knowledge content.
Contract: 4 months (March-June 2026)
Location: London / Remote (UK-based)
Key focus areas:

Creating clear, user-friendly Workday guidance (how-to guides, job aids, walkthroughs, micro-learning)

Conducting learning needs analysis across multiple Workday modules (HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits)

Owning and maintaining a Workday knowledge hub (SharePoint)

Supporting post go-live adoption through FAQs and updated materials

Working closely with HR, Change, IT and Workday project teams
Essential experience:

Proven experience supporting a Workday implementation in a learning / knowledge role

Hands-on Workday functional knowledge across multiple modules

Strong instructional design and digital learning capability

Confident stakeholder management in complex, global environments
