Job Description – SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of our global HR technology landscape. This role combines deep functional knowledge of Employee Central with consulting expertise, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including global roll-outs.
Translate business requirements into scalable EC solutions, covering configuration, workflows, business rules, and foundation objects.
Oversee data migration, testing, and integrations with payroll, time, and other HR systems.
Facilitate workshops and design sessions with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define solutions and present recommendations.
Manage project deliverables, timelines, and quality while guiding junior consultants and offshore teams.
Provide thought leadership on HR process design, compliance requirements, and best practices across different regions.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or other middleware.
Build and deliver reports and dashboards using Advanced Reporting, ORD, or People Analytics.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Strong knowledge of EC data models, configuration, and best practices.
Exposure to additional SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Time, Payroll) is highly desirable.
Background in consulting or systems integration, with strong client-facing skills.
Ability to manage stakeholders at senior levels and lead workshops confidently.
Familiarity with HR transformation programs, compliance considerations, and change management.
Understanding of technical integration’s and HR reporting tools.
Qualifications
SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central (required).
Project management exposure (Agile, PMP, or similar) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
