Senior Talent Acquisition Partner | Technical & Engineering Sector

Location: Berlin (Remote or flexible options available for the right person)

We’re looking for a driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a growing business in the technical and civil engineering space. This is not your average internal recruiting role, it sits at the intersection of deep technical hiring, high-growth business transformation, and strategic talent planning.

You’ll be stepping into a complex, fast-moving, and highly technical environment, where success will be defined by mindset, not just experience.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a business on the cusp of a major transformation. Backed by recent investment, the organisation is entering a period of rapid expansion, building out scalable systems, teams, and talent practices across Germany.

As part of a small but ambitious People team, you’ll:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for highly specialised engineering and technical positions.
  • Work independently and be accountable for your decisions, pipelines, and delivery outcomes.
  • Act as a true talent partner to technical stakeholders, including senior engineers and business leads.
  • Deliver a structured, proactive approach to hiring across multiple engineering firms within the group.
  • Execute on talent sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, build talent pipelines, and improve recruitment operations.
  • Push back and influence technical and academic stakeholders, delivering reasoned arguments and guiding strong hiring decisions.

To be successful –

Business level fluency in German is essential.
In-house technical or engineering recruitment, or similar sector.
A data-driven and analytical mindset.
Natural ability to work independently, but also collaborate as part of a high-performing team.
