Annapurna HR have been engaged by a growing, international organisation undergoing significant expansion through acquisition. With an evolving operating model and a strong focus on integration and performance, they are looking to appoint a Strategic HR Business Partner to support their businesses across France.

This is a genuinely strategic role, sitting at the centre of business transformation. You will partner senior leadership to shape and deliver a people agenda that supports growth, drives performance, and brings consistency across a newly integrated landscape.

The Role

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align people strategy with commercial objectives across France.

  • Lead on organisational design and workforce planning activity in line with ongoing M&A integration.

  • Support the embedding of a consistent operating model, balancing local nuance with global direction.

  • Drive performance and talent agendas, including succession planning and leadership capability.

  • Use data and insight to influence decision making and improve organisational effectiveness.

  • Work closely with centres of excellence to ensure effective delivery of reward, talent, and employee relations initiatives.

  • Navigate complexity across multiple entities, cultures, and legacy structures.

The Profile

You will bring a strong track record operating as a strategic HR Business Partner within complex, international environments. Experience within organisations that have grown through acquisition or transformation is particularly valuable.

  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link people strategy to business performance.

  • Experience in organisational design, change, and integration activity.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and pace, with a pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset.

  • Data-led in your approach, using insight to shape decisions and outcomes.

  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
