The Role:
- Drive the product roadmap for Kubernetes-native services by deeply understanding container orchestration, cloud-native patterns, and how engineering teams deploy and scale applications using Kubernetes.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear product features, working closely with engineering to design solutions that align with customer infrastructure needs and platform reliability goals.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of SaaS offerings with Kubernetes clusters, including Helm charts, operators, CRDs, and multi-cluster management tools.
- Engage with technical users and enterprise customers to gather feedback on deployment models, scaling pain points, and security expectations in Kubernetes environments.
- Own the success metrics for Kubernetes-related features, including adoption, performance, and reliability, and use data to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
Your Background:
- Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with customers and stakeholders on technical topics related to Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Proven experience in defining and driving product roadmaps for Kubernetes-centric platforms, tools, or services.
- Strong technical foundation, ideally with prior hands-on experience in roles such as DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Kubernetes Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
