We’re looking for a Compensation Partner to join our London team. In this strategic role, you’ll help design, scale, and optimise incentive programs while providing expert reward consultancy to our global commercial organisation.


What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Reward team, you’ll focus on creating innovative compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain world-class talent. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with leaders, People Partners, and Talent Acquisition on complex compensation challenges.

  • Incentive Design: Design, implement, and scale effective sales incentive plans that drive business growth.

  • Market Intelligence: Research emerging trends and best practices in commercial compensation to enhance global programs.

  • Data-Led Insights: Deliver analytical recommendations on compensation trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Systems Innovation: Support integration of compensation processes into modern HRIS solutions to improve efficiency.


What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential:

  • Extensive experience in compensation analysis and design, preferably within a global, matrixed technology or commercial environment.

  • Deep expertise in short- and long-term incentive programs, particularly Sales Incentive Plans and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-informed decision-making.

  • Technical proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Desirable:

  • Experience navigating compensation structures during periods of organisational change or integration.

  • Background in consulting or specialised compensation design agencies.
