They are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable systems that connect AI technologies with real-world production environments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and can translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into reliable, production-grade solutions used by teams every day.
You will play a key role in defining how AI is operationalised across large-scale business and creative workflows.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing end-to-end AI workflow architectures that integrate multiple systems, tools, and platforms
- Building scalable automation pipelines that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Creating internal tools, utilities, and workflow components to support production teams
- Developing AI-enabled solutions that move from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Orchestrating data flow between AI services, content systems, cloud platforms, and operational environments
- Evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into existing ecosystems
- Improving workflow reliability, maintainability, and performance across complex environments
- Creating reusable standards, frameworks, and implementation patterns that can be adopted across multiple teams
- Acting as the bridge between technical, operational, and business stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience designing complex workflow, automation, integration, or platform architectures
- Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, orchestration frameworks, automation platforms, or machine learning systems
- Professional software engineering experience with Python and related tooling
- Experience building production-ready solutions rather than purely experimental prototypes
- Knowledge of workflow automation, APIs, cloud technologies, and systems integration
- Ability to simplify complex processes and create scalable operating models
- Experience driving cross-functional projects involving technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
- Passion for emerging technology and practical AI adoption
