Annapurna is delighted to host a roundtable at the prestigious Ten Trinity Square members club, in which we’ll bring together the People leaders who are looking to solve their retention problems, whilst scaling.
The conversation will be open and interactive and will follow the below talking points:
- What should the balance of time/money be when it comes to retention and hiring?
- When should a culture/vision get defined? When does inflexion occur?
- How can we ensure DEI is embedded in all of our processes and ensure speed doesn’t take precedence?
How focused should we all be on people analytics/data versus the softer skills of an individual as we look to grow our organisations?
The session will run from 6pm – 8pm (BST), with the opportunity to network before the discussion, as well as after in the bar.
