The conversation will be open and interactive and will follow the below talking points:
- What should the balance of time/money be when it comes to retention and hiring?
- When should a culture/vision get defined? When does inflexion occur?
- How can we ensure DEI is embedded in all of our processes and ensure speed doesn’t take precedence?
How focused should we all be on people analytics/data versus the softer skills of an individual as we look to grow our organisations?
The session will run from 6pm – 8pm (BST), with the opportunity to network before the discussion, as well as after in the bar.
