About the role:

 

As an expert for End User Services, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Designing and managing End User Service solutions, integrating various service components, and aligning standardized deployment processes.
  • Developing service-related concepts, strategies, and best practices for cost-efficiency, security, and user-friendliness.
  • Maintaining service-related policies, standards, and procedures for legal compliance and best practices.
  • Enhancing the Digital Customer Experience through contemporary tools and service concepts.
  • Creating user documentation, conducting training sessions, and providing technical support.
  • Serving as the point of contact for End User Service-related incidents and escalations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participating in defining KPIs and SLAs for service control.
  • Monitoring service incidents and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Integrating End User Services into the company’s IT infrastructure.
  • Staying up-to-date on new technologies and industry standards, providing recommendations for continuous improvements.

 

About you:

 

To be a successful candidate for this role, ideally, you would possess the following qualifications and skills:

 

  • A completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the IT industry, with a focus on implementing and optimizing Service Desk, Workplace Services, Mobile Device Management, Collaboration, and Office Telephony.
  • Complemented by one or more certificates in Microsoft Modern Work, Virtual Desktop, and Teamwork (e.g., MCSE Productivity Solutions Expert, M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, M365 Endpoint Administrator, M365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, M365 Teamwork Administrator Associate, M365 Fundamentals) or equivalent certifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of End User Services concepts, principles, and industry best practices (e.g., Zero Touch).
  • Strong understanding of relevant technologies and standards in the Workplace and Microsoft 365 environment, Service Desk, telephony, and collaboration areas, including Microsoft Teams and Webex.
  • Experience with ITSM or ESM tools and platforms such as TopDesk or ServiceNow.
  • Experience in handling and supporting end-users.
  • Project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and customer-oriented thinking.
  • High sense of responsibility and strong service orientation.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) and good English language skills.
  • Must be Fluent in English and German.
