We’re looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer to join a high-growth technology business that’s embedding AI into the core of its platform, engineering practices, and customer experience. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, influencing architecture, and helping teams deliver at scale.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our platform, working across the full stack while driving the adoption of modern AI capabilities, including agentic systems, autonomous workflows, and AI-assisted software development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the design and development of scalable, production-grade applications.
- Driving architecture decisions across frontend, backend, integrations, and infrastructure.
- Building and enhancing products using modern JavaScript technologies.
- Developing AI-powered features, intelligent workflows, and agentic applications.
- Working closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to turn ideas into impactful customer experiences.
- Mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards across the organisation.
- Championing software quality, performance, security, and observability.
- Evaluating emerging AI technologies and identifying opportunities to accelerate delivery and improve products.
- Contributing to technical strategy and roadmap planning.

What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience as a Senior, Lead, Principal or Staff Engineer.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystems.
- Strong commercial experience with Node.js and React.
- Proven track record designing and delivering distributed, scalable systems.
- Experience building AI-enabled products into production environments.
- Understanding of agentic development patterns, AI orchestration, autonomous workflows, and LLM-powered applications.
- Experience working with modern AI tooling, frameworks, and APIs.
- Strong database and API design skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable operating across architecture, strategy, and hands-on development.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with AI coding assistants and AI-driven development workflows.
- Knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar ecosystems.
- Experience building multi-agent systems.
- Exposure to data engineering or machine learning platforms.
- Previous experience within SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or high-growth technology businesses.
