We’re working with a fast-growing fintech business that’s investing heavily in its data capabilities and looking for an Analytics Engineer to help shape the next phase of its data platform.
This is a genuinely impactful role where you’ll sit between data engineering and the wider business, helping turn raw data into trusted, scalable products that support decision-making across the organisation. You’ll be joining a collaborative, remote-first team that values pragmatism, curiosity, and continuous improvement over unnecessary process.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and maintaining scalable data models using dbt
- Developing and optimising data solutions within Snowflake
- Improving data quality, governance, and documentation across the platform
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements
- Supporting the adoption of AI-driven analytics and automation, helping the business make better use of emerging technologies
- Identifying opportunities to streamline data workflows and improve efficiency
- Contributing to best practices around modern analytics engineering
What we’re looking for
- Strong commercial experience with dbt and Snowflake
- Proven background in analytics engineering, data modelling, or modern data warehouse environments
- Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of data transformation principles
- Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into scalable data solutions
- An interest in, or exposure to, AI, machine learning initiatives, or AI-enabled analytics
- Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
