After the success of our latest event around Embracing Uncertainty, Berlin will again be the place for our latest discussion around the evolving impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and in particular, whether AI is really going to change the business landscape, or whether it is simply another trend that organisations will jump on and then let it fall by the wayside.
AI technologies have already started to disrupt virtually every business process in every industry and as they develop, they are becoming imperative to maintain a competitive edge. The role of AI should be seen as a supporting tool for the development of business, not a replacement for human intervention.
This VIP session will be facilitated by James Ballard, Co-Founder at Annapurna and will follow the below discussion points:
- For the workforce: Can AI create more wealth than it destroys? How can we upskill workers and create efficiencies?
- For the customers: Do we want more automated customer journeys? Is personalisation an improvement?
- For the product: Where can AI have the biggest influence on the product journey? Are we becoming more reliant on technology rather than the concept?
The session will run from 6pm – 8pm (CEST), with the opportunity to network before the discussion and also after in the bar.
