Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and optimize data models to support HR transformation projects.

Leverage advanced SQL to manipulate, query, and analyze large and complex datasets.

Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable models.

Handle big data sets efficiently while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Work closely with data engineering teams to implement models into production environments.

Support data-driven decision-making by providing clear documentation and guidance on data structure and use.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Modeller, Data Analyst, or similar role.

Strong proficiency in advanced SQL and relational database design.

Demonstrated experience working with large-scale or complex datasets.

Familiarity with HR systems, processes, or transformation initiatives is a strong plus.

Experience in a quantitative or computational field is preferred (e.g., computer science, statistics, data science).

Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
