Stephan Weber’s 70.3 mile Challenge for Charity

On Saturday 30th July, Annapurna’s Learning & Development Manager, Stephan Weber, will be taking part in one of the most challenging and physically demanding event, an Ironman 70.3 in Budapest.

Stephan will be taking part whilst raising money for a charity close to his heart (literally!), the London Ambulance Service.

An Ironman 70.3 consists of a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile cycle and a 13.1-mile run.

The core of the course is based around the river Danube, which runs alongside the Buda hills. The race incorporates the famous Chain Bridge and passes through the sights of the city.

This feat of endurance is not to be taken lightly, with Stephan having been in solid training for over 6 months now.

If you would like to support Stephan and donate to the great work that the London Ambulance Service do, please visit his JustGiving page:

Best of luck to Stephan from all the Annapurna team!
