We are delighted to partner with Firstup, for an exclusive attendee-led roundtable discussion, which will take place in Central London and look at the following topic ‘Building Intelligent Communication is at the Heart of Employee Experience’.
Since employee experience is at the heart of every stage of the employee life cycle, some questions we’ll be opening up to the table include:
- Is there a struggle to get your message through to your employees? Is there too much “noise” and do your communications often get missed?
- How are you making your decisions about how, what and when to communicate to your team? Do you have the information you need readily available?
- Are you making the “moments that matter” count for your employees?
- Ultimately, do your employees smile or wince when they see a communication from you?
We will run from 6 pm – 8 pm (BST), with the session being open and interactive.
