Becky brings 12+ years of search experience across HR, Technology and Business Change to her role as Director.

Graduating from Florida State University, Becky originally joined Annapurna as a consultant within the Business Change & Transformation space. As the business has grown, her role has evolved from leading the Technology team in the Nordics to managing a large team of embedded consultants as part of our project team offering.

Becky has instigated many initiatives within Annapurna, such as the curation of the Ellevate group, which champions Women in the workplace. Her focus on equity, inclusion and Women’s health has had huge impacts internally for Annapurna employees.

To complement her role within the Executive Search space, Becky hosts a regular podcast, ‘Ellevate’, which champions Women in the workplace. Partnering with Taxfix, Becky hosted a panel event with over 100 female technology leaders in attendance to discuss empowering women in technology. Becky has also hosted 20+ VIP roundtables across Germany, Sweden, Norway and the UK.
