The Future of the HR Operating System with Professor Dave Ulrich

3 December 2025
3:30 PM - 5:00 PM GMT

Annapurna are delighted to be partnering with the ‘father of modern HR’, Professor Dave Ulrich. With accolades such as the ‘Most Influential HR Thinker of the Decade’ by HR Magazine and ‘#1 Thought Leader in HR’ by HR Connect, Dave’s insights are second to none.

We will be hosting a private virtual session for Chief People Officers and Executive HR Leaders of enterprise-class businesses to discuss thoughts about the future design of HR functions to best enable business performance.

The agenda will be led by Dave and will likely follow the below structure:

  • What roles will be needed in HR in the future?
  • How can we harness technology and AI?
  • How do we optimise business value as a HR function?
  • What is the future of business and therefore HR?

The host for the session will be our very own, James Ballard (Co-founder and Director at Annapurna), who did a short promo video with Dave, where they talk about what Dave sees being the themes for the future of HR leadership, and most importantly how HR builds stakeholder value moving forward.

We are very excited to be able to bring to the community the World’s leading voice on HR and its future development.
