Workday Analyst (HCM)

Key Responsibilities:

Workday Configuration and Maintenance:

Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Absence Management.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data in Workday.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Data Management and Reporting:

Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support HR operations and decision-making.
Provide data analysis to identify trends and insights related to workforce management.

System Optimisation and Support:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimisations within Workday.
Provide day-to-day support and training for Workday users, including troubleshooting issues and answering queries.
Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.

Project Management:

Lead or participate in projects related to Workday enhancements, implementations, and system integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Compliance and Best Practices:

Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting HCM.
Ensure that HR processes within Workday comply with legal and organisational standards.
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
