Workday Analyst (Compensation)

  • Workday Configuration and Maintenance:

    • Configure and maintain Workday HCM, specifically focusing on the Compensation module.
    • Implement and manage compensation plans, merit increases, bonus programs, and equity plans within Workday.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all compensation-related elements in the system.
  • Compensation Analysis and Reporting:

    • Conduct regular audits of compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Generate and analyse compensation reports and metrics to support business decisions.
    • Assist in the development of compensation-related dashboards and visualisations within Workday.
  • System Optimisation and Support:

    • Identify opportunities for system optimisation and process improvements within Workday.
    • Provide end-user support and training on compensation-related functionality and processes.
    • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:

    • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting compensation.
    • Ensure that compensation processes within Workday comply with legal and organisational standards.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures.
  • Project Management:

    • Lead or participate in projects related to Workday enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
