Role: Technical RevOps Manager

Annapurna are proud to be supporting a scaling B2B software vendor with their search for a technically strong RevOps / Operations specialist to improve sales efficiency through systems, automation, and data.
This role sits between GTM, systems, and analytics; with a strong focus on execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimise lead routing, allocation logic, and inbound flow performance
- Build and maintain automations, integrations, and internal tools to improve sales productivity
- Analyse funnel and process performance, identify issues, and implement scalable fixes
- Drive data quality, enrichment, and consistency across GTM systems
- Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance) to deliver operational improvements
- Lead projects end-to-end, from problem definition to implementation
- Continuously improve workflows, tooling, and operational processes
What They’re Looking For
- c. 3+ years in RevOps, MarOps, consulting, or similar operational roles
- Strong analytical and technical skillset (Excel/Sheets + SQL or Python)
- Experience with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, n8n, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with CRM and GTM systems (e.g. HubSpot + adjacent tooling)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
