Role: Sales Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

Location: London, UK

Salary banding: 70k + stock options
 

Annapurna have been engaged to find an experienced sales recruiter to join a fintech start up. With Series A funding secured, this is an exciting time to join this scale- up business.

 

The successful candidate will be able to commute to head office in London twice a week and will be a quick thinking, proactive individual.

 

Skills required:

– Experience of candidate sourcing and sales recruitment experience

– Involvement in managing multiple recruitment campaigns, with understanding of the end- to- end recruitment process

– Experience managing stakeholders and advising them on best practice, market updates and strategies

 

Key responsibilities:

– Will be an integral part of the people team, helping to create, maintain and deliver recruitment processes for the organisation

– Effectively use the CRM to build top talent pools and manage them across the business

– Apply commercial knowledge to recruitment practices and brand development

– Lead talent projects to attract the best people for the organisation!
