Our client, a progressive digital consultancy, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing team in Dublin.
This role will be responsible for leading on high volume multi-lingual recruitment and will have lots of innovation and opportunities to be creative.
The role will manage the relationship between the business and a new RPO so you will need strong experience in reporting and analysing on key recruitment metrics.
As this is a specialist role, previous experience recruiting a variety of high volume roles (e.g. contact centre, customer service) is essential. It would also be beneficial if you have some experience recruiting across Tech.
