TA Operations Manager – London

We are working with a mid-sized organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. This is a key hire, responsible for driving efficiency, consistency, and innovation across the talent function.
The role:
- Lead and optimise TA processes, systems, and reporting.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and the wider HR function to align TA operations with business needs.
- Own data, analytics, and compliance to enable informed hiring decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement projects, including technology upgrades and process design.
- Play a pivotal role in enhancing candidate and hiring manager experience.
The ideal candidate:
- Strong background in TA / recruitment operations.
- ATS implementation experience is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment systems, data, and process design.
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- London-based, with the ability to be in the office 3 days per week.
