Job Title: Workday HCM Solution Architect
Minimum (Essential) Requirements:
- Workday Expertise: In-depth understanding of Workday products, particularly HCM. Experience as a Product Lead in the Workday ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Customer Focus: Strong ability to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage expectations. Effective in resolving customer escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information with impact and credibility. Experienced in presenting formally to senior client audiences and at industry conferences.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of project and business dynamics with a keen commercial awareness.
- Industry Knowledge: Broad experience in business and technology with an awareness of industry trends and their potential impact on products.
- Deadline Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines, making balanced decisions that consider customer demands and commercial aspects.
- Consulting Skills: Proficient in consulting tasks such as leading large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders and confidently liaising with senior executives.
- Sales Participation: Regularly involved in sales activities and providing input for work estimates.
- Risk Management: Understanding of risk management with the ability to manage risk effectively.
- Operational Support: Support operational functions to ensure optimal use of the consultant pool, balancing development needs and personal preferences.
- Utilization Understanding: Commercial understanding of utilization targets within a services organization.
- Versatility: Ability to rotate through various Workday delivery services, including Consulting and Application Management Services.
