Our client are operating at the forefront of financial services and this team sit at future of data observability in the company – moving away from brittle dashboards towards deeply integrated, AI-enabled analytics products. This is a rare chance to shape both the technical direction and the user experience of how our teams interact with data, working at the intersection of full stack engineering, AI automation, and analytical design.
What you’ll be doing
- Migrating and enhancing analytical dashboards from Streamlit and Power BI into polished, production-grade SaaS front ends
- Designing and building end-to-end data flows – from input to output – across operational and analytics pipelines
- Introducing AI-driven automation to accelerate and scale how the team works
- Collaborating closely with analytics engineers, PMs, and operational stakeholders across technical boundaries
- Bringing strong design instinct to the products you ship – not just functionality, but craft
What we’re looking for
- Significant hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code
- Demonstrable AI and automation projects – a genuine mindset, not just familiarity with the buzzwords
- Full stack capability across backend and frontend; we’re flexible on specific frameworks – transferable skills matter more than Svelte expertise
- Proven experience working in product and tech organisations of 50+ people
- Excellent stakeholder engagement across both technical and operational audiences
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring analytics engineers in front-end skills and practices
- A strong design eye – evidence of genuine taste, not just following patterns
- Side projects or case studies that show how you’ve picked up new tools and run with them
