About the role
As an SDR, your primary objective is to identify and qualify potential business opportunities within the DACH region. You will be responsible for the initial stages of the sales cycle, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads for the senior sales team.
Core Responsibilities

Outreach: Conduct high-volume prospecting via cold calling, email, and professional social networks.

Qualification: Evaluate potential clients against our specific business criteria through discovery conversations.

Scheduling: Book and coordinate initial meetings and product demonstrations between prospects and Account Executives.

Data Management: Accurately log all interactions and prospect data within our CRM system.
Key Experience & Requirements

Language: Professional-level fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory for this territory.

Communication: Proven ability to clearly explain product value to stakeholders and handle objections over the phone.

Resilience: Experience working in a target-driven environment where high activity levels are required.

Organization: Ability to manage a high volume of leads and follow-up tasks without oversight.

Technical Literacy: Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
