Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s growth and expansion across Germany and Europe. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our innovative hospitality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target potential clients in the hospitality industry.
  • Conduct market research and identify business prospects, while understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
  • Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients, showcasing the value they can bring to their businesses.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to gather insights and feedback from clients for product enhancement.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the software or technology industry.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality sector and an understanding of industry trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
