Sales Commission Manager
Location: London / Hybrid
My client is looking for a Sales Commission Manager to lead the consolidation and ongoing management of global sales commission and incentive plans. This role will bring together regional schemes into a clear, consistent framework, ensuring plans support commercial performance while remaining financially robust and straightforward to administer.
Working closely with Sales and Finance leadership, you will oversee commission design, modelling and governance, as well as the accurate calculation and reporting of incentives. You will act as a key partner to senior stakeholders, providing insight on plan effectiveness, cost of sale and performance trends, while driving improvements to processes, controls and systems.
Key requirements

Experience managing or designing sales commission or incentive schemes

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial and performance data

Experience partnering with Sales and Finance stakeholders

Exposure to multi-country or global commission structures is highly desirable
