Process Analyst

  • Translate Strategy into Action: Transform process strategies into specific goals, tools, workflows, service objectives, and process maps. Develop performance priorities and improvement plans that demonstrate business value while adhering to process excellence and financial value management principles.

  • Lead Multiple Improvement Projects: Oversee and deliver various improvement projects simultaneously, accommodating different and evolving business models.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with and support diverse stakeholders across the organization to advance the strategic process agenda.

  • Ensure Successful Transformation: Take responsibility for the successful delivery of transformation initiatives, collaborating effectively with global teams such as Global Business Services, Technology, and Financial Operations. Act as a catalyst for positive change.

  • Utilize Business and Commercial Acumen: Identify and leverage unique business differences to create value, utilizing shared processes and capabilities where beneficial. Emphasize the importance of data and experience in decision-making.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure operational teams meet expected outcomes, enhance process performance, adhere to standards, and manage significant process changes with robust controls to deliver measurable results for shareholders.

  • Manage Training and Knowledge: Oversee training materials and knowledge management. Maintain and manage critical financial master data essential for the Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) strategy within each business division.

  • Apply Industry-Standard Practices: Utilize advanced process improvement techniques, agile assessments, and Finance Mastery principles to support the DtC agenda across business divisions.
